AutoTrader.com is the default site most people use to search for vehicles. It asks for your location so it can find vehicles closest to you so you'll have to make up a US zip code (google for a particular area of the country).

However, as soon as you mention that you are not in the US and need to ship it, most sellers will have nothing more to say to you. There are just too many scammers to risk a sale that can't be completed locally.

If you know someone here that can buy the truck and then ship it, it might be easier. You may find a dealership with export experience. It does greatly complicate the purchase!

I don't think you did...but like previously mentioned, as soon as you mention over seas, most places will just hang up. There are far too many scammers out there. Try googling it and see if there is a company specializes on that sort of thing. Good luck!

One of the contractors the US Government uses for overseas vehicle shipment is TransGlobal. I recently shipped my truck from Baltimore, Maryland to Bremerhaven, Germany with no real complaints. I dropped the truck off in Baltimore and had it trucked to where I am at in Germany. Depending on if you need to have it shipped over the road to or from the port, it will run $1500-$2000, not including whatever taxes your country will charge.

I would get your ducks in a row as far as shipping goes, so you can have that information ready when talking to your prospective seller. I think that an actual dealer would be more receptive to the idea of shipping it international than a private party, but, I guess it never hurts to try. Another idea might be to look on Ebay, as many of those dealers are expecting to ship a vehicle Stateside, as it is. If you have a plan ready when you talk to the dealer, you will probably be taken a little more seriously than someone that is just throwing out a random request. Good luck!
