Here's the deal, I had a pair of insanely sick looking projector headlights. They were black with the angel eyes and all that. There was also nothing blocking the high beam so it went what seemed to be miles. HOWEVER, the projector lense dims the bulb way too much. I had 8000k HID's in them and I could not see crap at nigh. My HID foglights gave me much better lighting, however it was too low, I still needed better headlights. I'll post pictures up sometime to show the difference. Yesterday I took the projectors off and put the stock headlights backed on (kept the HIDs though). I now am blinding people and got flipped off 15 minutes after i finished. Okay, so buy projectors at your own risk and I'd also advise staying away from HIDs unless you don't care about blinding others. I highly reccomend silverstar bulbs they are awesome, we put them on my dad's jeep.

Yep, this is typical for aftermarket headlights that are made with inferior china made halogen projectors. They are certainly not meant for hid bulbs either!

 

you could always do some custom made retrofits with morimoto projectors, and HIDs, some guys do them on other boards too...

 

Yeah, I wish I never bought them, I try not to support China as much as possible. No offense to anyone.
