Default electric window problem?

On my 06 ram 1500 the drivers side auto window down does not work I have to hold the button. What might be the cause of this?

Thanks

Run the window all the way down and hold the switch 'til you hear the window "twitch" (two or three seconds). That should do it.

Shux. That always restores the auto up/down on my C. Has it perhaps been turned off in the EVIC?

Electronic Vehicle Information Center. On my Chrysler, it allows me to decide how the locks work, how long the lights stay on after shut down, whether or the auto-window function one way or another, an' bunches o' other stuff. The Chrysler has an "Easter Egg" allowing other stuff.

Your O/M can provide more details. My '03 Ram doesn't have quite so many goodies.
