Thank you Hammer and Kasper for posting some really helpful pics and weedahoe for your input as well! I appreciate your help. I'll be pulling the trigger soon and will have to let you know how it turns out. I'm going to attempt to get decent video of it when I'm done. Mine will be a little different than most because I will be running a SpinTech Sportsman XL muffler behind my new headers and y-pipe. I have yet to find a video of that setup on the 5.7 Hemi. I'm anxious to get it done! Thanks again guys for your help!

As far as where the driver's side comes over, it's still in the factory position with the factory pipes and hangers. The pipe was basically cut between the crossmember and the transfer case to weld the cat back in.
Only "fitment" issue I had was after everything was completed my cat was contacting the frame rail, so rather than mess with it I have a piece of welding splatter cloth in between them, just so the metal on metal rattle over bumps/off-road/etc. doesn't drive me nuts...

Yeah, that would drive me nuts too. That's one of the reasons I was so concerned about how the cats actually fit in that area. From what Kasper's pics show, it can be done without touching, but there isn't much room for error. I'm just happy to see that it can be done and how it fits when it's complete! Thanks again guys!

Yeah if I would have realized it was close enough to bump I would have just put a little pressure on the pipe to bend it a little, I mean 1/8" would probably be enough just to keep it from tapping on bumps, but I didn't want to put any pressure on the pipes after it was done, my luck I'd snap the header flange or something, so the piece of welders cloth did the trick I just doubled it over and zip tied it to the frame a couple inches before and after where the cat is. It's never rattled since and the cloth was given to me so it was a fix for the cost of a couple of HD zip ties.
Basically all you need to do is pay a little better attention to the clearances than I did, there's plenty of room...

I would like loud and powerful, but unfortunately I need my truck for work as well. I can't have it too loud driving through school campuses or executive office complexes annoying the crap out of everybody. I have to be able to keep it quite when necessary. So for, my Spintech sounds very good at idle wthout being too loud. While driving, it sounds powerful but not obnoxious until I punch it. It then gets quite a bit louder and sounds very performance-built, but not so much as to cause problems with the police... usually.
