Default Hello frozen foot club!!!

Well, I am the unfortunate new member of the frozen foot club! No floor heat, just stays on defrost. It's my mode 2 door. I'm pretty sure the door is broken. I've searched a few threads here and went to heatertreater.net? and saw a few videos on the repair. Of course the mode 2 door is the hardest to get to. Anybody have any luck on a easier fix on this? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Oh man and I thought I'd be able to join this club! I got frostbite in my left foot when I was a kid out ice-fishing. To this day the damn thing gives me trouble and I've busted my left heel twice because the bone is weaker, get nasty bone spurs in the thing too... LOL...

Back to the topic: I had the blend doors take a sh*t on my Grand Cherokee and fixed it with factory parts, WHAT A B*TCH! Lost an entire weekend to it. NEVER AGAIN, when these go, I'll be doing a Heater Treater or that type of band aid...

Ouch! I don't think I'll be that unfortunate! Yeah, everybody I talk to cringes when I mention my problem! Winter is almost over, so I'll just lump it for now and tackle it when warmer weather hits. Grab a case a beer and spend the day taking my dash apart!
