new exhaust installed
I just wanted to give a general "thanks" to the forum for all the advice here.I had a local shop swap out my factory "Y" with a magnaflow,then ordered a: http://www.amazon.com/Magnaflow-1669.../dp/B000LPIWFO
and installed it in my driveway.The fit of the cat-back was great and an easy install.I only had to alter the straight pipe between the "Y" and the new muffler( the magnaflow "Y" had been installed further towards the rear than the original) so I had to cut the new "Y"-to- muffler pipe to fit between. The cat-back system is pricey,but I like that it is all stainless.I love the new sound,and it is not too loud for neighbors or my kids.My truck used to purr,but now she GROWLS!!! Thanks!
