Default Stock 20s painted black:

Figured I'd throw this up for those interested.

Before my next 9" of lift happens, I am stuck with these 20s, so I wanted to make the best of it.

My truck as she sits currently:

So I had my brother wave the PS wand:

Then got a little daring, so we blacked the lights and badges. Also the door handles. (God do I wish I could find the first owner and stick these chrome door handle covers up..)

and finally, I intend on getting my Rocker panels bedlined like my bumpers and step bars, so here's everything:

Tell me what y'all think about the blackout.

Thanks man

The only argument I have toward the rockers, is that my bumper is damn near bullet proof. Hammers can't dent it. I feel that would definitely improve the strength and reduce my worry when I hit the trails.

I like all of it. My 08 is the same color as yours and I have often thought about doing the rockers, thanks for letting me see what it would look like.

Yessir, I have been wondering as well. My brother and I have been planning this mod for a while, just waiting to gather the funds.

Personally, I can't decide between 4.56's, Bedlined Rockers, or a PA 3" body lift first. They're all about the same cost and will eventually be done.

Just wondering, you're planning on havin 12" of lift altogether. In CT? what if they bring back inspection?

Thanks man. Already got the tints and rim paint, just waiting on the weekend. I promise to keep you all updated like I did with the bumpers/step bars.

How did you black your badges? I think they look sick and would look awesome on my white truck.

My brother has 7 1/2 on his 2005 Cummins 2500, and I recently almost bought a 2006 Hemi 2500 (with 20,000 miles) with 9" of lift. I think I should make it, but if not, I'm leaving CT. haha. It Helps my family owns houses in Maine and Massachusetts, so worst comes to worst, I'll register it out of state.

My brother did that on Photoshop, but I think if you took all your badges off and painted them black, with 3M double sided tape and a laser level you should be able to complete the look. I agree, that would look insanely beautiful on a white Ram.

I personally think I am going to take everything but the Ram heads off. That plus the 12"x12" white Mopar "M" that's going on my back window should identify her, haha
