Default A/C blows warm on pass. vents??

My a/c blows nice and cold (well cool) on the the 2 driver vents but warm on the 2 pass. Vents, the 2 pass. Vents are a little wierd to begin with, because during winter when i have the heat on, when i direct the heat on the floor, the pass. Vents will still blow a little warm air. Is it the flaps? And if so, arent they alot easier to do on the 06+ models? If so, any DIY writeups?

Sounds like a broken blend door problem. www.heatertreater.net has some good videos showing the repairs.

good vid but is it true that the 06-08 models are easier to fix and dont require a dsah removal?

Mine does the same thing. Just haven't had the time to fix. Maybe if I was on the passenger side I'd be more motivated!

If I remember from the vids I think you just take 1 or 2 of the lower dash pieces off to get to where the blend doors are located.
