Cleaned up and could use some opinions.
Just got her all cleaned up today, she's looking all pretty! I was also talking with one of the guys I work with and he said my truck would look good lowered. I was kinda thinking he's right, I think I'd like to lower it like BbBluRam2's truck, not slammed but dropped in the back. Hopefully I can get him to chime in with his setup...anyways, on to the clean pics!

Also, I was wondering if anyone knew where to get a custom emblem for the front grille and possible one to 3M to the tailgate in place of the RAM heads? Or if anyone on here can make 'em and how much they charge?

What's up Ethan. You have a really nice truck, same interior as mine too! The front of my truck is completely stock height. As for the rear, I bought 2" drop shackles on ebay (fairly cheap) and removed the overload spring for an extra 1" of drop. This will pretty much level the truck completely but it still is a little tiny bit higher in the back but hardly noticeable as you can see in my sig. If you tow much or haul stuff in the bed, you do not want to remove the overload spring as you will be sitting on the bump stops on every little bump. The best part about lowering the rear is you can do it yourself in the matter of just a few hours. Let me know if you need any more help...
Since my sig pic was taken I have actually put the O/L spring back in because of towing/hauling purposes. It only takes about an hour to do once you've done it a few times. My truck is a little taller in the rear now, but it gives me that extra support for hauling my new quad in the bed.

Side note, I found a place to get that badge.
BilletBadges.com
It's all custom and that is where RubberFrog got his done, I saw that on *********. That guys work seems really good. I sent him a message for a quote on a completely custom badge for the front grille.
Edit: For some reason, that sites name is forbidden...?
$66 is about average for the shackles. They are a very simple piece of the rear suspension and once you get under the truck you will see just how easy they are to switch out, it's two bolts. They are a little tricky to get too, but a deep socket and an impact gun zips them off in no time at all.
As for how the truck looks, I think your truck looks great exactly how it is, but if you want to lower it go for it. The ride quality stays the same with shackles as you are not really changing any of the mechanics of the suspension. I didn't like the leveled front end only because the travel on our trucks is very limited in the front ends. Limited by the geometry of our upper control arms/front struts & spring buckets. When I had the 2" leveling puck on top of the springs and hit a small bump it sounded like the front axle was getting ripped out from under the truck because the A-arm would make contact with the spring bucket. This made driving the truck off-road or on a bumpy road a nightmare and annoying at that. PLUS, after removing the leveling spacers and buying a better (Bilstein) struts, the truck rides better then it ever did stock. Lowering the rear and taking out the overload made the rear of the truck very soft and it stuck to the road a lot better than it did stock, but you lose the ability to use the truck to its full potential which kind of kills the purpose of having a truck. There are a lot of factors to weigh when you mod your truck. It will look good what ever you do... It's a Dodge Ram
