Mods under $500?
I got a good deal on these and wanted a look change. I miss my silver Big Horn stocks though. Truth is I wish I'd got 20's of the same style lol. My other truck is a bagged and bodied '67 C-10 and it was a look to try to impress people I guess. I'm more oldschool, I miss $0.80 a gallon and when 16.5's where big wheels! I'm still quite fond of the 4x4's on 15's with big tires and I have 2 of those. Also have a little hot rod. I grew up around oldschool hot rods.
Anyways I'm not sure how the polish lip painted blue will look on a black center. May have someone photoshop it.

I remember when I started driving. Gas was around $3.00!
You got alot of trucks lol. I have this truck and my 78 formula firebird. The firebird has a rebuilt 403, turbo 350 trans, hooker headers, straight piped dual super 10's, and some other good stuff.

You like 19?! I'm old I guess if I remember it $0.80 lol
My wife just loves the 77-78 TA's. I've got a few rides but I've acquired them over several years. Some people trade a lot, I buy and never sell lol.
I know the guy that owns a Ford Eqautor, Fords concept suv they had at Sema and never made a second. He also has CCP's tube chassis '67 Nova, GMC's '07 official pace car or Serria quad cab lol. He has like 80 rides all of this shape. He has a Winnabago that has huge flat screen tv's ones out side it. Being in his car museum makes me want to live there lol.

I'm guessing your probably in your mid to late 40's like my dad. He used to drive a brown ford station wagon in high school. One time it caught on fire but it still ran so his brother painted the burn spot with orange primer. Everybody then called it spot. He parked a block away from school and walked
its a long shot but you may want to do flush mount tail lights painted over then to match your truck. It may be a little costly but when its done it will truely look sick. Also another cheap easy thing is paint the windshield wiper arms to match the truck. But my biggest suggestion would be the tail lights.
