I was all about buying a leveling kit too but I am now talked into just cranking the bolts and putting the money into newer, longer shocks instead. Haven't done it yet but that's my plan.

I bought mine off a dealer on eBay by the name of springbender. $70.00 and installed it myself. I don't know what year truck you have. 2006 and up don't have torsion keys so there ain't no cranking them.

I think some of the other guys on here will agree, whether you do a level kit or crank the bolts, both are going to put more stress on your front end. Some guys run for years and years and have no problems, others are not as lucky. Personally I would agree with just cranking the bolts and getting some longer shocks. There are actually some leveling kits where the first thing they have you do is crank your bolts...so...

Don't forget the alignment either way.
