Believe it or not, in Most states it's illegal to drive with your fogs lights ON with your headlights unless weather permits. You could get a ticket. Not many cops follow that procedure, but it is possible.

So as of right now, you could get a fog ticket and headlight tint ticket...lol

GO BIG RED!!!!
There are NO LEDs that are brighter than Halogen. They have limited direction and viewing window which makes them not shine in all areas. They don't refract off the chrome bezel like Halogens do and wont provide the same ouput. Save your money. LED bulbs in place of halogen=bad output. HID's is what you want.

Okay thanks for the help on that one, I always thought that with the led bulbs they would be brighter. guess not, so I will just start my search for some HID's.

So with this moving to the HID's, what brands/type are good and what should I stay away from. I have heard a lot about them and bad ballast, short use, etc. Any info/help would be greatly appreciated.

So lets just say that I tried driving and it was like having someone hold zippo's lighters for head lights, unless the fogs were on I was driving blind. So I went to work and ended up with this.

Let me know what you think. I am still gonna end up getting some hid's down the road. For now I think this works pretty good.

Wow! That actually looks sweet!
A vast improvement over what you originally did.
Ties in nicely w/the grill.
Did you tape it off and then work it with the gasoline?
On a side note...What did you use to paint your grill?
I've been thinking of painting the cross hairs on mine.
LMK and again nice job.
