Tinted headlights!
So with the lights I just wiped it like the tint was ripping off and ended up with this. I might however buy another can and tape off the area that I wiped clean and BLACKOUT the rest, but we'll see. I just wanted to open up the front of the lens so the light would shine through. With the grill I used plasti-dip and just let me say this plasti-dip loves the plastic chrome on the front bumber and the grill. It is not coming off anytime soon and I have washed the truck planty of times.
Thanks again for the comments. My next quest will a cold air intake.

So I went and bought a new can and got to work to make it look a little more professional looking. I think this is 100 times better looking!!
and.... I'm done, well with the lights.

Yeah. but now it looks like the "Masked Marauder" ! lol
Anybody ever use this? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Plasti-Dip-S...6185b9&vxp=mtr
Looks good. If someone is next to you on the highway, can they see your directionals?? Maybe you want to wipe a small square out for that?
Only issue I see is chipping and peeling because you didn't scuff the surface prior to painting.
Ofcourse you saved your own *** by not doing so because you were able to wipe it right off so you had lights again..lol
I bet you'll have to touch it up in the near future. If so, tape your lines off again and use a green scotchbrite pad to scuff it down and then respray. I would reccomend using adhesion promoter as well before spraying your color.
