Like the title says, my fan is constantly blowing very gently. Even when the switch is all the way off. No matter what setting it's on: defrost, feet, face, circulate, anything. Anyone have any suggestions?

 

Are you sure it is blowing or are you just feeling positive pressure air flow due to moving forward when driving?

 

Even when I'm sitting still it's blowing very gently, but it's blowing harder the faster I go. No matter what setting I have it on, doesn't the A/C setting close up the outer vents?

 

The the blower switch is bad if you sure thats what it is doing. No voltage can pass through the switch if it is off. So if it is getting power and the switch is off, then the switch is bad. The good news, I have about 3-4 of those HVAC controls around here
