UPDATE: I had to take yesterday(Thursday) off from doing my lift to go to Boise and pick up my girlfriends son. So I got back at it today and made a ton of progress. I am currently at my goal of 16 hours and I am not done but I am really close. The front of the truck is almost done. I lowered the differential today and put back on the lower control arms. I took the hubs into 3 different shops to get 3 different opinions and it turns out that I didn't do as much damage as I thought. I didn't mess it up enough to make a difference and should be okay.

Tomorrow I have to put on the new steering knuckle and hook everything back up in the front. I don't imagine that taken more than 3 hours. After I do that I need to install the new aft braces which is actually almost done seems how we got ahead of ourselves during day 1 when taking out the torsion bars. After that we move on the the rear which involves dropping the axle, installing a spacer and a new ubolt.

My current goal is to finish this list with only 6 hours of work tomorrow. I have been taking pictures all along but I still can't find my damn cord to upload them, soon as I do though, I promise you guys will be the first to know.

Hammer or gHEMI do you guys know the pattern for the stabilization link for the kit? The hardware pack has 3 nuts. 2 silver and 1 gold. I am sure the gold goes on last to secure the link to the lower control arm but the other 2 nuts make no sense at all. Do you know what the deal is with these other 2 nuts? Perhaps you can take a quick look at yours and let me know the patter or if you even used them. Thanks in advanced!!!

The sun glare is so bad under my truck right now that no matter what angle I try to take a pic you can't see anything but glare.

However and I remember doing it now, I used one nut and then cut the excess threads off, leaving about 1/2" after the nut. I remember doing it now because I had the sawzall out due to the cutting of the tie rods for their ends.

Not recommending you do the same, but I did it in '05 and it's been fine since...

Are you trying to upload them directly to the site or are you using a 3rd party like Photobucket?

Server limits for uploading to the site directly is pretty small, since IB owns like 120 forums. Use a free service to link your pics to...
