Sounds like you want looks mods, not necessarily performance mods? Some all terrains in a bigger size would make a big difference, even bigger on some aftermarket rims. That would probably make the biggest visual impact. There's always vent visors, window tint, nerf bars, bed rails, fender flares (if the tires warrant them), and the list goes on.
Did you get longer front shocks when you did the level? If not, that would probably help the ride.

New muffler, 33" bfg all terrains or falken rocky mountain ats, cold air intake, e-fan, push bar (not a bull bar), lights behind the grill, I'd put a couple 10" subs in along with new speakers cuz the stock audio (at least on mine) sucks big ones, seat covers, headache rack, ehh that's all I can think of. I'm thinking of your truck as looking like a rugged work truck that brings a nice rumble as at goes by and ain't afraid to push your prius outa the way

I don't know if you're serious or joking lol. Convertible?!?
1st-Get some 33" A/Ts to fill in those wheel wells. The tires on there now look like they dont belong with the level.
2nd- Debadge
3rd- Get rid of the current toolbox and get one that sits below the bedline. The white color of the truck combined with it being a single cab long bed just screams "fleet vehicle" with that tool box and badges.
