Do I Have Enough Truck for This??
Anything with any kind of significant weight should have brakes. If you dont even have a hitch, you need to start there. Seems an awful lot of effort and expense to move a camper 4 hours down the road and leave it. Even if you have to pay someone to move it, you would probably come out better. That little 4-pin connector is not going to cut it for something like a camper.

Looking to pull an old 20ft Travalaire Camper. I need to pull it from the owners to a seasonal camp site 4hrs away. This is in Saskatchewan so it is completely flat. He says it comes with an equalizer hitch? Not sure what that is. I'm sure my truck could move it but will I be damaging it?

PM me your VIN and I will send you a build sheet. It will tell you gearing and what tow package, if any, came with your vehicle.
Tree, no offense, but your truck has no business hooking up to that trailer. You don't have any of the right equipment for it. First off, this trailer will rip your bumper off your truck. Even if the trailer has brakes, you don't have the wiring to plug into it plus with trailer brakes, you won't be able to go into reverse without having the proper wiring. You won't be able to use a load-leveling hitch either. I would suggest going to U-Haul and renting a truck from them, it will have all the necessary equipment to tow a trailer like that. Good luck Tree and I hope you make the right decision.
P.S. If you were to tow that trailer with your truck and God forbid something happened your insurance company could deny you coverage because you were towing something that was too much for your truck to handle.

I did end up towing it off the bumper. It towed great I didn't even feel it there. The adapter was 20$ to go from the 4 flat to the round trailer adapter. I did blow out a trailer tire but its an old trailer and I had to take it down a really rough road. Thanks for the help I will be getting a receiver though. And my door sticker says GVWR 6600lbs? The bumper says 5000lb gross trailer weight.
Really?? The previous owner pulled it with a Caravan. I didn't see this as that big of a deal. I did have the trailer brakes hooked up. What was so dangerous? Would having a tow package or a hemi have made your family safer? No...
