I have a 2004 Ram 1500 Hemi and I want to replace the tail lights on it. However, I really like the style tail lights that are on the 2006 trucks...the ones that have round circles sticking out of them. Will those lights fit on my truck?

 

They will fit although the wiring needs to be cut and spliced to make them work

 

Weed, would it be possible to tap into the 7 pin trailer wiring and make the 02-06 tails work on an 07-08 truck?

 

All of your existing wiring in the tails is usable and in place. no need to tap the trailer plug wires

 

Ok, is there a write up somewhere. I know there are 3 bulbs in the earlier ones, and I only have 2 bulbs. WHich wires do I need to splice, and do I need the circuit boards from the earlier tails?
