Hey guys I have a 2003 sage ram 1500 slt 4.7, the a/c will turn on sometime and then stay on for a minute then cut off or never turn on and then all of a sudden cut on. 1-4 it does it, still blows pretty cold when it does work, just woundering what it could be, if I can fix it cause it's getting hot but I'm on a tight budget

 

try tapping the steering column and moving it up and down when it goes off. My old 03 did something similar and the ignition switch was the problem.
