I am selling my truck. I need some input on what to list it for. It is a 2004 1500 Quad Cab 2WD 4.7 V8 ST Model. Some minor body dents and dings, motor is in great condition. It has 145XXX miles on it. It has a clean title and I have it in hand. I have looked at KBB for advice but for some reason I do not think I will be able to get as much as it says the truck is worth.
Any advice would be great thanks.

post one, I'll come buy it, drive it down here and sell it for $9k EASY... I'll agree that a 4.7 4x2 goes pretty low but asking price is still up around $10k in good shape in my neck of the woods...

Take it to a dealer and see how much they offer. That way you will know what is too low

trucks here are dirt cheap from my experience,
when I was looking for my ram last year, anything i drove without 4x4 and without a hemi was super cheap, and getting mine with the hemi and 4x4 only cost a little more. my 04 QC 4x4 hemi full power with a longbed, 2way alarm, and a big steel toolbox was a little over 6k, 130k miles, and this was last year.

here are a few,

let me know when you're coming up, you can stay at my place

there's no way that 05 is 3200 unless it has like 300,000 miles on it or no engine or something.

I am in Michigan right now and I have a hard time finding a truck that isn't all rusted out. Probably why trucks r cheap up there, big time rust.

thats a good point, i have seen alot of trucks with incredible rust, and some with little rust. all depends on how its kept up and stored. my wifes 06 commander has over 130k on it now and u can eat off the undercarriage, looks just like when it came off the lot, even the exhaust is a nice flat black (i coated it a long time ago)

my 04 ram has some rust underneath, but nothing that scares me for the price I paid for it. the body actually is almost rust free ( bottom of tailgate is getting it). many rams i see on the road have really rusty beds around here though, around the wheel wells.
