im looking to replace the stock muffler out and put a flowmaster super 40 what is the offset for the inlet and does the super 40 have alot of drone. thanks.

 

I've heard a lot of FM have drone. I would look into a Magnaflow personally as they are better constructed than FM but I believe the inlet is 2.5"

 

I have the Super 40 muffler and love the sound and yes has some drone but not too bad, also Super 40 is chambered so you would get better performance magnaflow or cherrybomb and still get awesome sound but also the super 40 is better than stock so either way gaining something also all are closely priced so you decide
