The Tick.
Man I just heard the Hemi tick for the first time tonight... thankfully not in my truck. I was pulling out of the beer store and noticed another 3g dodge pulling out across the street... man that thing was clacking... sounded like an old 4stroke dirtbike I had with a valve slap. Thank god I'm @ 107k without that tick!

Nothing, it's normal. Although the "Hemi Tick" isn't very loud. If you hear a pretty loud tick IMO it's an indication of a problem...
