I have a 2007 5.9 3500 diesel. The transmission oil temp light comes on randomly. Drove 1200 miles nothing drove 15 miles it came on every few seconds. Had the transmission fluid changed 2 weeks ago. Last week had the computer checked for codes no codes at all. Any ideas? Not hauling anything when the light comes on.

 

Good thing on changing the fluid and filters. Next thing would be to add a trans temp gauge and see exactly where you are at so you can see where you need to be.
