I did it on my truck, I like the blue/black look. Only place I don't like it is on my step bars, everywhere else I think it looks awesome, been 3-4 months and still holding up great. Easy prep and easy application. Also if you don't like it you can always peel it off. Cheap too at 7 bucks a can or whatever.

You made out by getting tow mirrors on that bad boy already! But you didn't get front tow hook which usually come standard on 4x4s from what I've seen

so if i'm going to plasti dip the wheels, what do you do about the lug nuts? leave them chrome? i imagine you wouldn't be able to get your lug wrench on them with the dip on??

I left mine chrome for that very reason. I don't know if you can quite see it in this picture or not, i think it looks fine. I suppose you could actually paint them flat black if you wanted, but then you are basically stuck and cant go back if you ever wanted to.

upstate, from what ive done on my truck (just the emblems) its held up just fine. its been on about 1.5 months and ive washed it quite a bit and even went through an auto wash and its still holding up like new. for 7 bucks a can you cant go wrong. youtube "plasti dip rims" and you'll see how to vids all over.
