Default 2500 coils on a 1500?

Im just wondering if it is possible to put 2500 coils onto a 1500 and if so is it just a straight part swap of the same year truck or how do you figure out which one will work. I have a 2008 1500 with a 6 inch pro comp lift but for some reason the lift coils aren't supporting the HEMI very well and i want to go to a heavier duty coil so i don't have to buy tires every few months.

Well for one how does having sagging coils affect tire wear? And no the 2500 coils are larger and thicker in diameter as they are meant for a heavier frame the 1500. Just order new coils from Pro Comp if they are sagging too much but I'm surprised your coils are already bad. My lift was used when I bought it and it has probably 35k miles on all the parts and my coils barely sag if at all
