How do I get it to show up. I went into user CP, edit signature. Uploaded a picture, verified it's there etc. still doesn't show when I post. I even have box checked to show signature.

Are you talking about having your picture specifically in the signature or a picture for your avatar?
Ok, not avatar but sig pic. I checked it, it is small enough, I uploaded it, and I can see it when I'm looking at my settings in my control panel below my sig.
