Hey guys. I was curious if anyone has seen or painted the center of their tailgate flat black to resemble an r/t tailgate or trunk like the chargers have. I saw a pic awhile back and it looked ba but i cant seem to find it or not real sure how to do it cheap and it look good. Any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I know there were a few guys in the dak section that used the body lines on their tail gate and it looked good I think the used a duplicolor product that can be washed off if the didn't like it it was some sort of spray on bra type product but plastidip would work great

 

Thinking im gonna try it with some plasti dip then maybe get some r/t badges and paint the red lime green to match my calipers if that would look good?

You're most likely going to have to give a slice along the edge of your tape line to get a nice clean edge
