Summit has an excellent set of exhaust gaskets. These are the ones I port Matched my exhaust ports to match.

I would spray penetrating oil on all of the studs before your usual drive the next few drives. also, re-spray once warm and parked overnight. they should be a piece of cake after that. the multiple heat cycles will draw in the fluid.
if you take the inner fenderliners out, they are super easy to access. fenderliners are easy to remove as well.
I would also buy aftermarket cats. i know its another $200, but well worth it if you ever need to go back to stock exhaust for any reason. it'll just be cheaper in the long run. I know any inspection station around here will fail you for any cat that if factory and altered, but yet will pass you if they are aftermarket. The stock cats on these are big and round and may hang a little lower than you want. I'd look into that. Aftermarkets are a flatter version.

I agree with DirtyDog. Even tho stock cats are just the same as high flow aftermarket cats, It's best to get new ones instead of trying to modify the old ones. It is against federal law to modify a catalytic converter, but it is not against the law to change the location if you are putting a new one in. Weird, I know. But better safe than sorry.
Thanks yall, Ive been sprayin almost daily. Im really hoping to not have any trouble out of them, They look pretty rusty. Where do yall suggest I get aftermarket Cats? I agree aftermarket cats would be best.
There will be no performance gain from using aftermarket cats, but it is the only LEGAL way of changing the position of your cats. Just make sure the inlet and outlet diameter match the size exhaust tubing you are running. e-bay would be the first place I would look.
Thanks, Il check those places. I have another question... The headers and cats is all im doing. The shop will do the rest. My question is Will it be ok to drive the truck to the shop ( approx 20 min drive) running only cats after my headers? I dont want to warp and valves by not having back pressure.
take the cats off too and have open headers. LOL it's an awesome sound. But yes. it's ok...people straight-pipe motors without hurting the engine. It will just be really loud and throw emissions codes that can be fixed by disconnecting the battery for a min or two after you get your exhaust fixed up.
