I will be installing LTs and cats on my truck soon too. I am curious though.
Magnaflow has so many different options to choose from. When installing 2 cats on these trucks, which ones are the best to use. The Magnaflow site has versions for larger and smaller vehicles that would work. Since there will be 2 cats on the system and not just one, is it better to get 2 cats rated for smaller vehicles or stick with the larger vehicle ratings for them?
For example, using the same size from the 53000 series, the 91000 series, and the 94000 series... would each flow the same even though they are for different weight vehicles? Would I use 2 of the ones rated for a larger vehicle or use the ones rated for the lighter vehicle since only half of the exhaust will be going through each one?

The main reason I ask is my concern for restriction of exhaust flow.

If you dont have to buy cats and you could just relocate them i would try to do that first save yourself some money.
The Cats our trucks come with have better flow then most aftermarket Cats
