No first and foremost, everyone is allowed to make their ride into whatever they want but........do it with some sense and taste

So with that being said, lets count the things we see wrong here

probably just a GnR fan who bought that sweet ride brand new the last time they had a hit. The driver didn't happen to be a middle aged redhead by any chance?
