My gas pedal has been loose for a while and I can't figure out why. It takes a bit more push on the pedal to get it to react with acceleration, and my last truck never did this so I know it's not normal. I noticed that there is a cable in the engine bay that connects to the pedal that has a bit of slack, and I was wondering if there is a way to tighten this up. When I pull on this cable in the engine bay, the gas pedal jiggles.
