10.16 MPG really?

Yep warming up for anything past maybe 2 mins max is a waste on electronically fuel injected engines. That whole warming up thing comes from the days of carburetors.

The level kit does not help at ALL!
I imagine your using 91oct with that 91oct tune?
When you say "I also know the hemi is prob the worst of the big 3 trucks", are you referring to Ford and Chevy? If so, then no, my 2008 Hemi Ram was better on MPG's based on window sticker information than Ford and Chevy when I shopped around. Ford got 1mpg less city, same highway, chevy got 2mpg worse city and 1mpg worse highway.
My window sticker for my Quadcab 4x4 is 13city/17highway
I use 93oct with my Superchips 91oct performance tune and Advanced trans tune option. I never change the tune out to tow and yet, while towing 6,000lbs through Mass pike up/down many hills and O/D turned off I still manage to get better than 11mpg.
This is driving at 70-75mph the entire way and rpms from 2800-3k.
Towing my empty car trailer that weighs 1600lbs, I get almost 14mpg at 70mpg. 75mpg drops it down to 12.5 so it really depends on your speed.
I don't really know what I get unloaded. Truck rarely ever goes on highway empty. But I do know it's above 15.
Empty pounding around the city I'm at 11-12.

Yep, short trips kill MPG!!! Those 20" wheels don't help either.
My pig is almost at 7000 lbs. with the lift, tires, winch, etc. and I rarely use the truck "around town". I usually get between 14.5-16 mpg depending on how much I'm on the interstate. Star-Tron added to 93 octane E10 will routinely give me an extra MPG or two...
