Default So the time has came

hey guys, so since i found out ill be getting promoted soon and spring break is around the corner...the time has come to start saving for my body lift and leveling kit...so does anyone know where i can get a good deal on both...i live down here in Ft Hood/Killeen, TX...and my familiy lives in San Antonio...im going to install the lift myself id figure it would save me money...i know i may be sounding cheap here but i was looking at spending at least 400-450 on everything.

I'm not sure on local stores around you but check on ebay. I'd recommend peformance accessories for your body lift and I found an offroad shop on eBay that was selling a kit from a no show customer they ordered. The kits are usually around 400$ I paid 250$. A leveling kit can be found for under 100$ depending on how your doing it...2 or 4wd?

ive already cranked the t-bars and well now i want to do it all out right and get the leveling kit along with a 3" BL....i just replaced the ball joints and cranking the tbars puts way to much stress on the ball joints and also i need to eleminate some on the angle on my cv axles...i plan on keep my truck for a while

be very careful bro, they only make one body lift for the 2002 year, anything else wont work no 2003,04,05 etc kits work. the performance accescories body lift for our 2002 1/2 tons item number is 60083. good luck

As far as I know cranking the T bars is the same as a leveling kit. The wear on front end will be the same.

yea i did the research on what BL i need...it kind of stinks that i need a certain one, but thanks anyways Nate....Hemi yes in a way it is the same, but getting the leveling kit puts a little bit less stress on the tbars and on the ball joints, so that way the wear would be less
