Default to lift or not to lift. that is the question

very conflicted. spend $280 for a 3.5" spindle lift. or just pocket the $$$
I have a a 2wd quad cab. and I'm about to replace upper & lower control arms. so if I was to do it, now would be the time.
not looking to go any higher of a lift.

That's really a personal decision that we can't really help with. It's your money man. I personally think a truck looks better lifted/leveled.

Are running stock wheel/tires? The $280 will get you lifted, but then are you going to be happy with that look or will you want to spend more on tires and maybe rims to complete the look? For me, the $280 would just be the start. Actually it was the start for me because that is about what I paid for my level kit and new shocks. But I already knew the goal was to get to the 17" wheels and bigger tires.

well I found a set of 2012 Laramie 20" rims and tires for a good price. definitely would look better than my stock wheels.
if I bought those and did the lift, she should look pretty nice.

To each his own. I didnt like the stock 20's on my leveled truck, much less lifted.
