There isn't one made that I would tow on the bumper. Maybe some little popup. Why not add a proper receiver hitch?

When you say off the bumper do you mean with a class IV hitch and a tow package?

iirc my manual says that the class IV hitch that comes with the tow package can tow up to 10,000 lbs. But i haven't tested this on my truck, so i will let the towing experts handle this.

Post more info about your truck. Factory tow package? Rear end gearing? 4x4 or 4x2? Etc. The max is not likely to be 10,000 lbs. More likely it is closer to a range of high 7k to mid-8k. I am on my third rv since buying the truck and the current one is a 30 footer that weighs in around 6800 to 7200 lbs fully loaded. I have the factory tow package and use a weight distribution hitch and it tows just fine.

Depending on gearing and tires, you can tow up to about 8,200#. A Class IV hitch doesn't make the truck a Class IV hauler, BTW.
