A properly installed weight distribution hitch should keep rear sag to a minimum or, ideally, negate it. It distributes the weight across the frame of the truck so the front sags along with the back. Before i had my truck leveled, rear sag wasn't an issue. Go ahead and get info to put in your back pocket just in case, but i would not go add airbags until you know you need them.

I second what 04HemiGreg says... I tow a 30' travel trailer with mine and use a weight distribution setup. WD when properly setup makes a HUGE difference when towing! My truck handles much better and the rear sits where it should without adding unnecessary strain to the rear axle and springs.
I even added a WD setup to my 13' enclosed utility trailer. With tools and materials in it, the rear of my truck was beginning to sag when connected and I had a little too much bounce over bumps, but now it tows without any issue at all.

I think the OP said a camper.... That would absolutely call for some bags.
Just towing a trailer, +1 for the equalizer hitch. I have that too, but don't really need it. I did notice a huge difference in towing my old TT once I put a nice set of Goodyear trailer tires on it. It would try and sway a little over 55 mph.. Now it's rock steady at whatever speed I want to go.
As far as bags, I put the #2000 Firestones under mine, and love them. They were around $300, and took me about an hour and a half to install... Including beer drinking.

I am with Greg. I did the add a leaf spring to my rearend and added a rear anti sway bar on my 07 2500. my new fifth wheel has 2100 lbs tongue weight without air bags. My 07 rides and tows a 40 foot fiver well. Just like everything else really do a lot of research and reading before you decide. I have heard mixed reviews about airbags including the firestones.
