I have a 06 mega cab its got 150k on it. It is a 5.7 hemi 1500 full loaded vehicle. I have them talked to 12k out the door. I am going to go check it out this weekend since its about an hour away do you guys think its worth the money and anything special I should look out for on this truck.

 

with that many miles I would make sure that all of the 100-120k maintenance has been done, it should have pretty much all new suspension, etc, as long as that stuff has been taken care of and its clean, 12k doesn't seem too unreasonable.

 

Is it a 4x4 or 2WD?

 

I dont think I would ever buy a used vehicle with that many miles but like ewing said make sure the front end is all good and has all new ball joints and tie rods cause they seem to go out around 100-130k

 

I went and actually purchased it today. I checked it and almost all the suspension seemed new, tires were new, no signs of leaking around the transmission (thats my biggest fear), and they had the records showing it went to dodge dealer for all its normal maintenance every receipt for every oil change since the previous owner bought it. The truck was very much loved and cared for.

Only had a few dings on it from hail i counted 6 in total and few scratches around the door handle very light and expected. My transmission was starting to give on mine so figured it was time for an upgrade. Only complaint is that it is missing the navigation dvd but its worth it if you ask me just trying to find a reasonably priced one now.
