Avoiding mud pits and keeping my foot off the gas has been a big challenge but i only have about 200 miles left till i can really test the new ratio. I also found out that the previous owner installed an auburn LSD in the rear so thats less money out of my pocket. Overall Im glad i did it and ill never go back.
Are you 4x4 or 2wd? Idk if its on your dog cuz I'm on iPhone. I'm 4x4 and I'm wondering how much that costs

1 full rotation of driveline / rotation of tire. Have you noticed a big difference in RPMs while at highway speed? to be doing 70mph wouldnt you have to be at 2500 rpm, or did the larger tire, already offset the difference made in gearing

it's not that high... I'm just under 2400rpm at 70 with 30.5" tires so 35's would be down just below 2100.

The 35in tires on stock 3.55 made the truck gutless. Hills were my worst enemy and i could forget about towing anything. Doing the gears while your rebuilding the axles is a great idea because your already gonna have everything torn apart. If you were taking it to a shop they might even give you a discount on labor sense the pumpkin will be taken out anyway.

I meant to say sig not dog btw. I'm just wondering what's the cost of the gears for a 4x4? I'm not concerned about the rpms

All im saying is that it would have been good to have some sort of reasoning behind it. 4.56s may not be right for some people in what they do with there trucks. Me im just happy i can set them up myself and dont have to pay a shop 6 or 700 just for the install.

install and set up is not that difficult. just have to be tedious about it. tools on the other hand they are expensive.
