some of the newer radios have sat radio built in to the tuner andd some you have to add an aux box and antenna

If your OEM stereo does not have SAT radio, you will need a whole bunch of parts to enable it on the new "Mopar Stereo".

Your radio is the RBQ, and calling it "newer" is being very generous, as there are two new generations since. The part you are looking for is 82206488AA found http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHRYSLER-MOPAR-Sirius-Satellite-Radio-For-RB1-RAZ-RBP-RBQ-RAH-and-RBK-radios-/271167234730?pt=Car_Audio_Video&hash=item3f22d3a2aa&vxp=mtr. If it were me, I'd purchase an aftermarket radio that had SiriusXM already.

**edit**
Actually, I'm getting weird hits on item P05064038AB. Can you post a pic of the radio or tell me what the model is? (RBQ, REH, RDS etc...)

**edit 2**
Nevermind, I verified the part number. My original statement stands.
