ram 1500 with 2500 wheels?

I thought this was a pretty good idea until I checked prices. Adapters average $300 for a full set, which makes the total price of the wheels + adapters much more difficult to swallow. Plus, all of the adapters I found were 2" thick, meaning you will be pushing those wheels 2" past where they would normally sit. I still love the look of those wheels, but I'd rather have a 2500 to put them on at this point.

Good decision. I hear a lot of horror stories with adaptors flying off.

the only way that the adapters can fly of is if there not tighted and torqued properly.

i didnt know about the 300 dollar price tag plus a two inch gap. thats a little too much than i wanted to spend on something like this. i was just a little nervous more about the wobble or something like that with these. but ill just go with some mickey thompsons.
