Default Sun Visors

Short of buying a new one - how in the heck can I tighten up the driver's side visor so it doesn't fall down every time I go over a rough section of road?

Thanks.

I've been thinking that maybe one could rig some sort of Velcro arrangement to the visor and headliner....could be worth a try.

Default sun visor

I have a 2003 1500, I used a small piece of black tape and wrapped it around the sun visor where it attaches to the headliner bracket. The pivot point that is not covered by material. You don't need much tape. I hope I described it OK I don't know the proper terminology

Place a magnet into the visor, and a piece of metal up above the headliner. Secure the metal with tape/glue. Issue fixed.

Thanks Shipmate - but trying to stay away from duct tape and bailing wire (for now).

Thanks - this sounds more like what I was thinking,

I want to keep the interior looking factory - but I need to use my sun visors down here on the coast.
