Default Driveshaft Angle After 6in Lift

2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.9 I installed a 6in Skyjacker lift a couple of months ago. The kit used a reindexing key but the front driveshaft angle is off and recently busted the boot because the angle I was just curious if any one else had this problem. It was a used kit I don't know if I'm missing stuff?

Default Parts

I got home and started looking at the parts left over, but when i got it the guy told me there where parts from his 4 in lift after he removed the 6in lift and the only things left where two small oval pieces of steel about 4 in long with two holws in it and 2 pieces of square tubing 6in long with holes in it. Could the diff brakets be backwards or something i read the directions i downloaded from the skyjacker website and looked at the pictures but idk.
