I have an 04 quad cab hemi 2wd that was my fathers and I just recently got it after he passed away. I'm probably going to sell the truck because I wont drive it so I'm trying to figure out what kind of special package it has. The truck is a 5.7l hemi it has aluminum block and heads and upper a-arms. I tried my local dodge dealer but they couldnt find anything in the computer. The truck was orginally stole from the factory and they took the rims and stereo system and inside computer out. A guy bought it and put all that back on it and my father purchased it from him and it only had 2 thousand miles on it so all the motor stuff is from the factory. If some one on here could help me figure out what kind of special package this truck has I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Special Package? not sure what you mean? Can you describe more about the truck? Does it say SLT or Laramie or anything else on it? Do the bumpers match the body paint or are they chrome?

You can get a build sheet from Dodge with the VIN and it will tell everything that is on it.

 

its a SLT I think the bumpers are white like the truck and I tried that with the vin and they said they didn't have much cause the truck got stole from the factory it says its a basic 5.7 hemi but its not its got aluminum block and heads and upper a arms also

Be aware the block is cast iron unless it's a SRT-10. Body-color bumpers indicate the Sport model.

The only thing I could think of is that it may have a different engine in it? Something from an SRT maybe?

 

Idk. All I know is this is the motor that was in it when it was stole from the factory. I'm just mainly trying to figure out how much more this will make the truck worth cause im getting ready to sell it.
