The only downside I see is that it uses clamps. But if you take it to a shop and have them weld it it would be spot on and definitely a good deal

Is it stainless or aluminized steel? I can't tell by the tiny picture. If you are looking for a nice sound with no performance gain and a muffler that will rot away in 2-5 years, then that's what you want. If you want a nice sound with great flow and is all stainless, I would spend a little more and get a Magnaflow kit.
The Magnaflow kits use a nice slip fit construction and nice wide band clamps like the factory uses.

I was thinking of buying this kit as well. They are cheap on ebay. I wanted to install new headers, put in an x pipe, and run this kit behind 2 flowmaster super 40's or 2 magnaflow 14in mufflers. I believe I have seen this kit come in a stainless version. I agree with 08Hemi1500, I would like the have a shop weld it up for me. I like how they have clips because I can do this at home and bring it to a shop to weld because I dont have access to a welder.
Also I would like the have the exhaust tips angled out the sides rather than the back
