For me, the rust makes it poor condition. Once it starts, it only gets worse. Are you looking at kbb retail or the "I want to sell it myself" value. If it is equipped to do what you want to do with it and its worth the money to you, buy it. Don't be worried that the hemi will hold you up. It'll probably pull more than your truck is rated to tow.
