Default BFG's Rugged Terrain Tires - Any Experience with these?

Does anyone have experience with the BFG Rugged Terrain? I have a set of General Grabber HTS and they have been OK to good. Since 100% of my driving has been on road, these give a more rugged look but aren't suppose to have the noise of an off road tire.
Since I am in Montana, snow and ice traction needs to be good since I don't want to hassle with a dedicated winter set of blizzacks.

I had them and I can say that Rugged Terrain is one of the best tires of BFG. Smooth ride, good traction on dry and wet roads. I got 40k+ out of them.

there pretty good. there deffinatly more quiet than the mud terrains. i didnt like the wet road traction very much. i also have a very heavy foot so its probably mostly my fault.

if you want to stick with general. try the general grabber at2. thats what i have on my 1500 now and absolutely love them. snow traction is pretty good. you really shouldnt have to worry about getting snow tires.

I've seen many negative reviews about road noise with bfg rugged terrain, I recently bought cooper atp's and I am happy with them and they look pretty dang sharp!
