Default Wheel size help? Im lost?

Hey everyone!
First off, i finally found where im suppose to post questions like this! yay haha

anyway, i have a 2003 ram 1500 2wd, currently with stock 17x7 wheels and 265/70/17 tires. Im getting a 1.5 inch leveling kit and 285/70/17 inch Nitto Terra Grapplers on monday. I was gonna use my stock rim but decided to go with either the MT classic lock or DC 2 wheel. I need to stay with a 17 inch wheel but have no idea on what to get for the backspacing and offset. I just want to tires to stick out like an inch or so, nothing wild. Could someone please help??

Thanks so much in advance!
-Mike
