I'm having issues with the area where the drive shaft goes into the rear diff. I hear a ticking or popping sound, especialy when i put the truck in reverse. I have an auburn diff. about a year and a half old. The sound resembles hitting the drive shaft with a metal object, kind of a light ting. I have tried to move the drive shaft with my hands to check for play and it doesn't budge.
Any thouts or suggestions? Thanks.
