Hey guys,
I recently bought an 08 1500 with the rear seat DVD system. Of course it did not come with the head sets or remote control or the manual... We have an issue with it playing a DVD. When we put one in, it says reading, then when that stops, we hit the play button, it says play and then says Stop and never plays. Are we missing something, or is this thing defective?

have you tried multiple dvd's? Just making sure not a scratched disc. I don't know that system, but the GM ones some have to have a headphone plugged in before it will play
