$15k for that '04 is actually in the ballpark even with 200 k on the clock, provided the truck had no issues. But Keats is right, engine is barely broken in, but it is right at the age major suspension and body issues are gonna come a calling.
That '05 is a bit steep, even with considerably low mileage. My local dealer just sold a used '13 RCLB CTD 4x4 under 30 k miles, had listed for $34 k and ended up taking $29 k. By comparison, that '05 is overpriced at $23 k. At a dealership that should be more like a $19995 truck, IMO.
My little brothers gf just bought an '06 Powerstroke, fully bulletproofed, F350 4x4, crew cab king ranch, 170 k miles, absolutely perfect condition for $18 k from a private seller she found on Craigslist so you may want to check out going private instead of shopping stealerships...
